Data Center Resiliency Manager
📍 Lawrenceville, NJ (50% onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy Disaster Recovery (DR) and protection solutions.
- Manage a global DR program covering 200+ critical business applications and infrastructure.
- Lead disaster recovery exercises with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure alignment of data center operations, DR plans, and global standards (US, UK, APAC).
- Oversee on-site data centers and co-location installations, ensuring they meet BMS standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, equipment maintenance agreements, and escalations.
- Troubleshoot data center issues and ensure timely resolution of ServiceNow tickets.
- Provide regular communications and escalation reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years in IT, with 6+ years in IT infrastructure management and data center operations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Expertise in data center design, DR solutions, and structured cabling.
- Experience with managed service providers and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite; ServiceNow and SharePoint are a plus.
- Experience working in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a bonus.
- Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
