Overview:
We are looking for a D365 Program Director to lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of D365 initiatives with a focus on Manufacturing, Finance & Operations (F&O), and Supply Chain. This role requires a hands-on, results-oriented leader who can manage cross-functional teams and ensure seamless alignment between business goals and D365 solutions. The position is hybrid, with a mix of remote work and in-office presence in Bellevue, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of D365 programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and success metrics.
- Develop detailed program roadmaps and coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee and align multiple D365 projects, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or F&O implementations.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Facilitate user adoption and oversee post-implementation support to drive business outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Program Director leading D365 initiatives, with focus on Manufacturing, F&O, or Supply Chain.
- Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Experience managing multiple projects or large-scale programs across functional areas.
- Proficiency in risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft D365 or PMP certifications.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate).
Contract Details:
- Location: Hybrid – must be available to work onsite in Bellevue, WA as needed.
