Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Position Overview: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role involves leading integrations, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code that meets business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to align with client requirements
- Lead integration efforts with other systems and applications
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong Salesforce.com administration skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred
