The Market Research Specialist will be responsible for supporting the company's research and marketing initiatives by developing data-driven insights and narratives that inform business decisions, increase brand awareness, and elevate the company’s thought leadership. This role involves conducting research, gathering data, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and helping to implement marketing strategies. You will work closely with creative and digital teams to deliver insights in compelling formats such as white papers, reports, and digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain a thorough understanding of our products, internal standards, and differentiators to develop strategies that enhance communications and brand awareness.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and thought leaders, under the direction of the Research Manager, to create data-driven narratives that articulate the company’s perspectives and elevate thought leadership.
- Conduct research on various topics and facilitate interviews with relevant stakeholders. Support all stages of primary research projects, including data queries, questionnaire development, survey administration, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to develop data-driven narratives, including white paper publications and digital experiences.
- Track performance of research-led programs using tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Provide regular reporting on research initiatives to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Contribute to analyzing and reporting on the performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns, working closely with other internal teams to implement and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teams.
- Experience developing content for various formats (e.g., white papers, reports, digital experiences) is a plus.
