Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Georgetown, KY
Direct Hire
Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Pay Range: $61,000/ Year - $62,000/ Year

Job Description:
- Manage lead-times and provide timely and accurate information to customers
- Product training with team members
- Improve delivery security through production communication
- Facilitate communication between customers, suppliers and plants regarding changes to orders or delivery times
- Implement methodologies of continually improving business performance
- Develop strong relationships with key customer personnel
- Eliminate customer order errors
- Deliver value to Company.
- Identify opportunities for cross selling wide product offering
- Working Together
- Establish strong, enduring and functional customer relationships that maximize the result for the customer and Company.
- Provide market intelligence on customers and their product demand.

Education/Experience/Skills:
- Degree or equivalent.
- 5 years manufacturing industry experience is liable transportation
- attendance weekends performed
- Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers and management.
- Computer skills is a must
