Sectr Partners are currently working with a PE-backed Veterinary group looking to hiring a FP&A Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models to support budgeting & forecasting
- Oversight of payroll analysis
- Partner with field operations teams to provide support and suggestions for cost control
- Develop and present financial reports to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field)
- 5-10 years FP&A experience
- Previous multi-site experience (Veterinary, Healthcare or Retail)
- Familiarity with payroll and financial reporting systems
