VERISYM INSPECTION OPERATOR
SCHEDULE: 1st shift: 7am-3:30pm; 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm and
3rd shift: 11pm-7:30am. 10-12 hour shift weeks.
PAYRATE: $22.00HR
SUMMARY:
Responsible for inspection, polishing and bulk packaging of finished products
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
1-3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Must have proficient writing, math and communication skills
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Needs to understand packaging processes & removal process in accordance with BMR record
- During Inspection check criteria of defected/good product for Inspection as specified in SOP.
- Will be responsible to follow all associate with cGMP requirement, Operation Procedure, Cleaning Procedure, Documentation and Safety.
- Will be responsible to take charge from previous shift co-worker
- Must have good work ethics
- Operate various packaging removal process equipment per procedure mentioned in the SOP/BMR/MBR.
- Perform machine changeovers and area cleaning and set up as required.
- Troubleshoot and make appropriate adjustments to maintain packaging & removal specification.
- Perform duties through the proper and safe use of equipment according to Health & Safety procedures and Equipment operating procedure.
- Responsible to keep area and equipment’s all time with status label
- Other duties as required.
