Role Overview:
As a Patient Success Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their wellness programs and ensuring their success. Your genuine passion for helping people, combined with your organizational skills, will play a vital role in supporting patients as they embark on their wellness journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Onboarding:
- Conduct initial meetings with new patients to discuss their wellness packages.
- Create preliminary plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Take body measurements, photos, and ensure all necessary materials are provided.
Regular Check-ins:
- Hold consistent check-in sessions with patients to track progress.
- Provide accountability and support while adjusting plans as needed to facilitate progress.
Progress Tracking:
- Conduct mid-point and end-point meetings to assess patient progress.
- Collect and analyze measurements and photos to provide insights and motivation.
Communication:
- Maintain clear and open communication with patients through various channels, including email, SMS, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and ensure all questions are answered.
Software Utilization:
- Utilize CRM, Slack, Gmail, Google Documents, Google Drive, and Google Spreadsheets for tracking patient interactions and progress.
Qualifications:
- Background in coaching, training, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in wellness or health-related industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable taking body measurements and photos.
- Proficient in using software tools (CRM, Slack, Google Suite).
