Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer at Woodward Home Loans located in Livonia, MI. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for facilitating the mortgage lending process, underwriting, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth transactions.
Qualifications
- Loan Officers and Mortgage Industry knowledge
- Experience in Mortgage Lending and Underwriting
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- NMLS license is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
