Our client, a National CPA & Advisory Firm, has retained us to identify a SVP/Partner for its BPO Practice focused on outsourced accounting, tax, bookkeeping and Office of the CFO work. This leader will focus on growing the practice both organically and inorganically, the anticipated growth of the practice is 3x over the next few years. This firm provides services utilizing the latest cloud based accounting solutions to service mid-sized to large enterprise clients in in many industries: technology, eCommerce, life sciences, healthcare, real estate, construction, telecom, private equity and family offices.
The ideal candidate must be a seasoned leader that can manage all aspects of growth, operations, M&A, and practice strategy. Need a professional who can think outside the box and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
Requirements:
- At least 15 + years of recent consulting, or business process outsourcing experience
- Management experience includes leading and developing employees and managing staff realization and utilization.
- Client engagement experience including supporting sales activity, managing engagements, and finding and closing upsell opportunities.
- Technology Alliance experience with at least one of the following: Sage Intacct, Intuit or Netsuite is a plus
