Responsibilities
The Applications Engineer is responsible for managing and driving R&D projects on Suspension Components from ideation to market implementation:
- Manage product specifications and modeling-testing methods
- Develop suspension applications to create value added
- Develop technical benchmark and competitor analysis
- Oversee technical product validation
- Contribute to idea creation activities and drive new technology
- Own and manage assigned product portfolio related to quality, compliance, cost saving, supply chain, production initiatives, and IP environment
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an engineering field
- 8+ years of experience in product development
- Skilled in 3D CAD programs and structural analysis programs CAE
