Discover International are partnered with a leading company in the radiopharmaceutical space who are looking for a General Manager to lead their MA based facility.
The ideal individual will be currently working in a business/commercial centric role within a pharma/radiopharma company. This person would ideally have an earlier career in the Tech Ops/Manufacturing side of similar companies.
The role will be responsible for budgets/P&L's and company expansion as well as oversight of key departments including finance, legal, regulatory, quality etc.
The role has the opportunity to progress quickly in the organization so is suitable for someone with a technical background looking for a role with business oversight.

Ideal Experience:
- Prior experience managing team/ company budgets
- 5+ years people leadership experience
- 10+ years in GMP manufacturing
