We are seeking someone who has good desktop support experience and who is accustomed to supporting all levels of personnel including senior management. Someone who presents well and has good interpersonal skills is ideal. Light networking and managing small projects is a plus, but not required. If you enjoy supporting users and solving IT problems, then you will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting, diagnosing, troubleshooting desktops, software and other issues on PCs and related equipment
- Remote Desktop / Deskside support as appropriate to the situation
- Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Printer Administration
- Basic / light firewall administration
Other requirements:
- Excellent people skills
- Good follow-through, makes sure tasks get done
- Very organized with an ability to prioritize their work
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and technical information
