We are looking for a Marketplace Operations Specialist to join our MPO Launch team. In this role, you will be the operational business owner responsible for end-to-end planning, strategy, and execution to ensure product launches across North America. You will oversee everything from inventory planning and monitoring to ensuring orders are submitted, released, shipped, and delivered on time. What You Will Work On:
- Lead and execute end-to-end alignment with cross-functional partners to deliver product launch moments on time, season after season.
- Monitor and report product deliveries, ensuring timely execution of product launches.
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities with a focus on the future state of the business.
- Collaborate with business leaders across multiple functions to understand priorities and communicate regular status updates.
- Build and maintain a decision-making model that enables the team to make better operational, tactical, and strategic decisions related to consumer value and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the inventory planning and monitoring process to ensure product is received into Distribution Centers (DCs) to support launch timelines.
- Work cross-functionally across Allocations, Distribution Centers, Transportation, Store Operations, and Territory Managers to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Drive business ownership, establish decisions based on ROI analysis, and communicate with store teams and partners.
- Use SAP (S4), Excel, PowerPoint, and ThoughtSpot to manage supply chain operations and reporting.
Role requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
- 0-1 year of experience in Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Finance, or related fields.
- Cross-functional experience in supply chain management or retail operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP (ideally S4), Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.), and PowerPoint.
- Strong business ownership mindset with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in reporting and inventory management.
- A desire to continuously improve processes.
