Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Restaurant Management & Kitchen Management position. As a Restaurant & Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring quality food service, maintaining high levels of customer service, and hiring new team members.
Qualifications
- Food Service and Food Preparation skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Hiring and Training employees
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
