Program Manager- 3 days hybrid -San Jose, CA
Program Manager Contractor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling Keynote presentations and will have a strong background in new product introduction (NPI). This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
Keynote Presentation Creation:
- Design and develop high-quality Keynote presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate complex information into clear, visually appealing, and engaging presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to gather content and ensure consistency in messaging.
New Product Introduction (NPI):
- Oversee the introduction of new products, ensuring all aspects of the launch are meticulously planned and executed.
- Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a smooth and successful product launch.
- Monitor and report on the progress of NPI projects, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in program management.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to project management processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.
- Exceptional skills in creating Keynote presentations.
- Strong background in new product introduction (NPI) is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of product development lifecycle.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate. W2 only, no 3rd parties.
