Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior executives to develop and implement targeted recruiting strategies that align with the firm’s legal hiring needs.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts (Source, Interview, Schedule, Negotiate, Close) for high-level legal roles.
- Build and manage strong relationships with legal candidates, hiring managers, and decision-makers across the organization.
- Create employment branding and marketing strategies to attract passive legal talent through social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Manage requisition and candidate status updates using an ATS system, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Provide hiring managers with regular updates on the progress of open roles, advising on market trends and candidate pipeline strength.
- Source talent through a variety of channels, including direct outreach, networking, and industry events, to build a robust pipeline of legal professionals.
- Assist in offer negotiations and closing processes, ensuring compensation terms meet both candidate expectations and business needs.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in legal recruiting, with a proven track record of sourcing and placing legal professionals in both law firms and corporate environments.
- Experience with full-life cycle recruiting for a variety of legal roles including senior and executive-level positions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building and candidate engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and providing exceptional client service.
- Proficiency in utilizing ATS systems, social media, and legal recruiting tools to drive results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present candidates and recruiting strategies to senior leadership.
