We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to supervise various commercial interior and exterior construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction subcontractor crews and ensure the projects completed in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
An excellent Construction Superintendent must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, great organizational skills, and be an excellent team player with a positive attitude.
The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
Responsibilities: Oversee all on site aspects of the construction project from start to completion Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Attend project progress meetings Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Three years previous experience in a construction management or project superintendent position. Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Email, Strong leadership qualities, Strong communication & negotiation skills Must be able to read and write English;
