Role Overview
My client is looking for an Installation Operations Manager to uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency in their solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed pre-installation site assessments to verify readiness and compliance with project specifications.
- Supervise the installation of solar lamps and poles, ensuring accuracy and adherence to layout plans.
- Conduct post-installation evaluations to validate functionality and setup.
- Collaborate with installation teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
- Maintain thorough records and reports regarding site conditions and installation quality.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations.
- Lead field operations, providing direction and support to installation teams.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in field management, preferably within solar installations or a related area.
- Strong attention to detail in site evaluations and installation oversight.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and site layouts.
- Willingness to travel across Florida for installation projects.
- Proactive problem-solver with creative solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
