The Clinical Product Trainer will manage, build and direct training policies, objectives, and programs for all products and services for AssureCare. He/she directs and works with sales and leadership to form business plans and strategies to accomplish corporate training objectives including internal employees and external clients and stakeholders.
The Clinical Product Trainer is responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through platform analysis, platform updates, base configuration training, new module release training applicable for external and internal stakeholders.
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Maintain training documentation library
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years proven work experience as a Trainer in the Care Management (CM) space, or 5+ years as an end-user of a CM platform in a healthcare space.
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
- The ability to develop reports and training manuals
- Understanding of all Microsoft products, including Visio
- Some familiarity with SQL, HTML is a plus
- Collaboration skills to work across the organization
