As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing our processes using HubSpot. You'll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, reporting on key metrics, and supporting our marketing, sales, and operations teams in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities:
HubSpot Management:
- Configure and manage HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to align with business objectives
- Develop and maintain HubSpot workflows, sequences, landing pages, and email templates
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HubSpot database
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and analyze key metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of marketing ops initiatives, including automations and campaigns
- Create regular reports and dashboards to provide insights to the marketing, customers success, sales, operations, and leadership teams
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing operations strategies based on data analysis
- Implement and manage data segmentation strategies to enable targeted and personalized marketing efforts
Process Optimization:
- Understand the goals of the business and streamline HubSpot processes to improve efficiency and productivity accordingly
- Implement best practices for lead management, nurturing, and scoring
- Conduct A/B testing to refine email strategy and improve engagement metrics
- Collaborate with business development and customer experience teams to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and ensure seamless data flow
Marketing and Operations Technology:
- Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance capabilities
- Integrate HubSpot with other tools and systems
Team Support:
- Act as a subject matter expert on HubSpot and marketing operations
- Provide support, training, and guidance to the TradeTrax team on data management, reporting, and process optimization
- Document and manage internal best practices for the company’s HubSpot usage
- Troubleshoot and address technical HubSpot issues promptly, including customization requests
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role
- Proven expertise in HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Sales Hub
- Experience with WordPress and marketing automation tools
- Strong critical thinking skills, ability to interpret data, and attention to detail
- Excellent project management and organizational skills while balancing multiple priorities concurrently
- Capacity to break down complex information in a clear, concise manner
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team
- Ownership mentality and hungry to make an impact at a growing company
- Copywriting experience is a huge plus
