The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
- Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
- Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Familiar with local labor policies, union systems, and labor laws and regulations in the USA.
- Over 10 years of human resources management experience in industries such as chemical, new energy, and photovoltaic manufacturing, including more than 5 years of relevant work experience in the USA.
- Proficient in using office software and other necessary software for daily work, capable of producing high-quality human resources reports.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, labor negotiation, and HR risk management skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese as working languages.
