Job Summary
- We are looking for a senior IT analyst to join our application infrastructure support team.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our Oracle cloud-based applications.
- You will also provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex issues on the project.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize the application infrastructure, including Oracle SAAS, PAAS, and IAAS offerings.
- Analyze and resolve technical problems related to application performance, functionality, and security.
- Collaborate with developers, vendors, and stakeholders to implement and test solutions for application enhancements and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for application infrastructure support.
- Provide strategic recommendations and best practices for application infrastructure improvement and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT analysis and support, preferably in Oracle cloud environments or Oracle applications.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SAAS, PAAS, and IAAS offerings, such as Fusion, ERP Cloud, Database, EPM, and Analytic Cloud.
- Proficient in Oracle tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, OPatch, and BI.
- Familiar with middleware offerings such as Apigee, boomi, and Informatica cloud.
- Proficient with command line tools on both Linux and Windows servers.
- Understands networking, load balancers, and general connectivity protocols.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to deliver solutions that meet business needs and expectations.
- Certification in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Oracle Cloud Applications is a plus.
