JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, handling front desk responsibilities with a positive and welcoming attitude. In addition to traditional receptionist duties, this role includes responsibilities related to mail sorting, ordering business cards, invoicing, and creating employee badges.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
SReception Duties
- :Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor
- .Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- .Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- .Manage the visitor log and issue visitor passes as needed
.Mail Sorting and Distribution
- :Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments
.General Office Duties
- :Order and manage business cards for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- .Assist with invoicing by processing and tracking invoices, ensuring they are correctly recorded and sent out on time
- .Create and issue employee badges, ensuring proper identification and access control
- .Maintain office supplies and ensure all necessary supplies are ordered and stocked
- .Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, supporting the overall efficiency of the department
