Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Business/Dispute Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Houston, Texas.
Duties:
- Oversee and reconcile multiple network accounts by conducting thorough daily analysis of reports from both internal and external applications
- Manage dispute entries by accurately entering and tracking them within relevant systems, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal and external network rules and regulations to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- Monitor profit and loss (P&L) performance on a weekly basis, identifying and addressing discrepancies to prevent financial losses
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Experience with debit disputes processing, including familiarity with Mastercard, Psifer, and other banking institutions or dispute departments
- In-depth knowledge of Reg-E and Reg-CC chargebacks and the regulations governing them, with hands-on experience managing chargeback processes
- Strong understanding of the dispute lifecycle, from initiation to resolution, with proven ability to handle complex cases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using spreadsheets to track and analyze dispute data
- Familiarity with Tableau, particularly in reading and interpreting dashboards to derive insights
- Experience using dispute management systems, with the ability to navigate and utilize multiple platforms to handle various dispute scenarios
