Star Ride Kids Inc. is a children's fashion sportswear company based in New York, NY. Our product lines for girls are inspired by junior fashion trends, and for boys by young men’s fashion trends. We distribute our apparel to mass merchants, regional chain stores, off price, and specialty stores.
We are looking for a sales assistant to work alongside & support two sales people.
Role Description
- Preparing for showroom appointments
- Communicate with buyers and assistants, giving them necessary information when requested
- Work on customer item set up forms for PO creation
- Running & understanding Inventory ATS Reports
- Review Open Order Reports against production deliveries to ensure on time deliveries
- Keep organized record of samples / packages sent to buyers
- Manage line sheet system and help with orderly system in showroom
- Work with price ticket and UPC details
- Communicating buyer's wants to production department
- Manage sample flow in and out of the showroom

Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, and Communication
- Sales and Organization Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of the children's fashion industry is desirable
