Role Description
To begin with, high-level computer literacy and enthusiasm over the phone are of the utmost importance. You are literally building someone's dream on our software. Ability to listen while speaking scripts fluently are key to the success of our sales organization. This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Building Advisor (Entry Level). The Jr. Building Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and customizing metal buildings according to their needs and budget.
Qualifications
- Customer service and sales skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to commute to Tampa, FL for on-site work
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
