Seeking BE/BC Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician to join team in Phoenix, AZ. Candidate must enjoy direct patient care as well as teaching and supervision of both medical students and residents from our strong EM and Pediatrics programs. Pediatric Emergency Department has been a 19-bed dedicated unit with an annual volume of 20,000 patients. Hospital has a long history of providing high-quality pediatric emergency care to the underserved pediatric population of Maricopa County. We moved into our new state of the art facility with a dedicated Pediatric Unit within the Emergency Department in April 2024. Medical Center is home to a Burn Center, a pediatric intensive care unit, inpatient pediatric unit, neonatal intensive care unit, newborn nursery, and supports pediatric medical and surgical specialty services. We are the state s largest public teaching hospital and affiliated with Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix Campus and the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Phoenix.
