Our client is a reputable law firm in Manhattan.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for conducting local and national salary surveys to ensure competitiveness within industry-specific base pay and total compensation.
- Manages short term incentive program including design, documentation, calculation of results and payouts. Maintains appropriate scorecard files.
- Establishes and maintains the annual performance cycle and salary increase calendars.
- Oversees system administrator duties for HRIS system and LMS system including Performance Management and Succession Planning modules. Partner with HR Manager on the set-up of these modules.
- Maintains the corporate performance management system.
- Recommends annual merit budgets and exempt, nonexempt and hourly wage structure movement.
REQUIRMENTS:
- Bachelors degree
- 5 or more years of compensation experience
- Contemporary knowledge of technological advancements in performance management and compensation management systems.
- 3 or more years of HRIS system experience.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to complete assignments.
- Capacity to maintain unwavering confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
The annual base salary range is $155k to $200k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
