Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics with expertise in data mining, SQL, Looker, and Tableau to lead our analytics efforts. In this role, you will drive data-driven insights, optimize marketing performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth in the nutrition and supplement healthtech space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a marketing analytics strategy to measure campaign performance across digital and offline channels.
- Extract insights from large data sets using advanced data mining techniques and SQL queries to inform marketing decisions.
- Build dynamic dashboards and visual reports using Looker and Tableau, translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and customer segmentation.
- Lead a team of marketing analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems, implementing processes to maintain consistency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Extensive experience with SQL, data mining, Looker, and Tableau for analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of marketing performance measurement and attribution modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
- Leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing teams.
