Investment Banking / M&A – Analyst II/III

With offices in Paris, New York, and London, the firm is well positioned to provide tailored M&A advisory services to its clients.
The firm is currently working on a number of high-profile transactions and would enable the right candidate to gain unrivalled cross-border deal exposure, working directly alongside experienced bankers.
To support our rapid growth, we are currently looking for an Analyst II/III.
Required skills
The candidate will be a highly entrepreneurial, driven and polished individual, keen to work within a small team, with higher exposure to live transactions and notably cross borders deals.
The candidate will have a great understanding of the technical abilities required for investment banking and be able to work under high pressure. He or she will be a natural team player, with strong oral and written communication skills and particular concern for accuracy and attention to details. The candidate should be prepared to carry out heavy workloads in total confidentiality.
The candidate is also expected to maintain strict confidentiality.
Ivy League/top tier university or top tier engineering or business schools preferred.
Candidates who have had previous investment banking/private equity experience will be preferred but we will also consider, on a selective basis, candidates with other relevant experiences.
The candidate will be fluent in English and will approach everything that is undertaken with drive, determination, and enthusiasm. Knowledge of TMT or Energy/Renewables verticals is a plus. Fluency in French or Spanish is also a plus.
Base salary approximately $125k-150k plus bonus structure and room to grow.
