As an Accountant, you will be a key addition to our client's accounting team, focusing on accounts receivable and supporting various accounting functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid foundation in accounting and a strong aptitude for managing financial transactions and reporting.

Focus:
- Manage accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and collections.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable, general ledger entries, and other accounting functions.
- Prepare financial statements and reports to assist in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate integration of Warehouse Fishbowl with Netsuite or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of necessary documentation and schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and support audits as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting procedures and internal controls.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and systems, with experience in Warehouse Fishbowl and/or Netsuite or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a hybrid work setting.
