Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule labor needs to ensure project timelines are met.
- Oversee the delivery and management of roofing materials.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols for all team members.
- Monitor job margins, process purchase orders, and manage overtime.
- Assist with hands-on tasks and support the crew as needed.
- Provide a company vehicle and gas card for eligible drivers with a clean driving record.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with tile roofing is a plus.
- Leadership experience in managing small teams.
- Basic computer skills.
