Typical Accountabilities
• Gather and document business requirements from key customer stakeholders.
• Lead the project team and leadership in prioritizing requirements and service design.
• Oversee the evolution of the Project Management Services' methodology, tools, and processes.
• Develop and deliver customized onboarding programs for the Delivery and Enduring Operations Teams.
• Partner with Procurement to implement an onboarding program for third-party delivery suppliers.
• Manage the chargeback model for invoicing the business for service delivery, ensuring accuracy and input from key teams.
• Ensure seamless internal invoicing for service delivery across all projects.
• Support the creation and tracking of performance metrics for the Delivery and Enduring Operations Teams.
• Maintain and support the evolution of the operating model and RACI for the Project Management Services team.
Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Essential:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, or Healthcare-related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project/program management, process design, or training and onboarding.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and align stakeholders.
• Experience onboarding large teams in a structured manner.
• Experience creating training programs and professional development frameworks.
• Strong business acumen and awareness of political and economic environments.
