A project manager with thermo-mechanical engineering background having 7 plus years of experience. Should have expertise in both testing and design related activities. One should be having sound knowledge of thermal and mechanical streams. The project manager will be working from a customer location in US.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Thermal and Mechanical streams.
- Design background through education and/or experience.
- Understand root causes of failure and suggest design improvements to customer
- Seasoned test engineering experience.
- Diagnose/debug on field issues.
- Product engineering understanding and product creation experience
- Understanding of relevant standards
- Experience of validating Servers
- Usage of supporting tools for testing and design
- Understanding of workflow management and governance
- Able to define and optimize ways of working
- Excellent communicator
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- At least bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Good knowledge of Thermal and Mechanical Engineering
- Good experience Testing and Design
- Actively manage the team working on the project
- Project planning and work breakdown to team
- Coordinate well with customer
- Documentation and write SoPs
- Optimize governance
- Able to do root cause analysis
- Report results and regular progress to customer and all other stakeholders.
