Our health care client, located in Boca Raton, FL is in the middle of a major transition to move to a “Shared Services Model for HR”. The client needs an HR Director level Contractor for a 3-6 month assignment (possible contract to perm) to help with that transition. This individual will work with the current HR Director.
Will require travel throughout Palm Beach County . 80% on site and 20% virtual .
The ideal candidate needs to have 15 years of HR leadership experience in the healthcare field (Physicians practices and Specialty Care practices) and preferably have a masters and HR certification. They will be responsible mainly for Recruitment/Retention for all the physician practice locations in the Palm Beach County market, as well as manage all employee relations issues and facilitate Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Policy Development, and Training & Development; all of which are managed at their corporate offices and fed down to the local market level for direct delivery.
This person needs to be an excellent communicator with executive presence, and also needs to have an HR philosophy that the role is a customer service function to the leadership to enable them to more efficiently run their operations. When they get a request from leadership it needs to be “let me see how we can best support what you need” rather than “we cannot do that because….”
