Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Membership Engagement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage and maintain our prestigious award and recognition programs, including International Awards, Regional Awards, Fellows, and Hall of Fame. You will also handle various administrative tasks related to membership, ensuring smooth operations and excellent member relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate awards programs, including creating nomination forms, maintaining webpages, and managing communications.
- Establish and manage the annual calendar for awards deadlines and meetings.
- Handle membership email correspondence, update member records, and maintain membership webpages.
- Process memberships, prepare invoices, and manage renewal communications.
- Collaborate on marketing efforts for awards and recognition programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with office software and online tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience with database systems a plus
- Experience in awards program management and/or membership administration is a plus.
Requirements:
- This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA
- Must be able to travel onsite to the annual AEE World Energy Conference and Expo
- Customer service experience
- Strong typing skills
- Detail Oriented
- Works well within a team and independently
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs
