The Manager / Process Lead is responsible for optimizing and aligning processes across warehouse operations, customer service, finance, and procurement. This role focuses on enhancing efficiency through process improvements, system upgrades (ERP, CRP), and workforce training. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, expertise in process improvement, and a deep understanding of end-to-end business operations. Proficiency in ERP, WMS, and CRM systems is required, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with warehouse managers to improve inventory management, logistics, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Implement and optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and D365 to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Support customer service by refining processes, managing feedback, and implementing CRM systems for better service delivery.
- Partner with finance to ensure accurate reporting, streamline processes, and support financial planning.
- Work with procurement to optimize supplier relationships, improve procurement systems, and monitor key KPIs for supply chain efficiency.
- Align and improve business processes across departments, identifying system needs and implementing enhancements (ERP, CRP).
