Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-complexity mobile application projects across multiple departments and business units within our organization. This role is instrumental in managing all phases of project delivery for native mobile applications (iOS and Android), ensuring end-to-end integration across work streams to achieve targeted outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce, expertise in mobile accessibility tools (such as Voice Over for iOS and Talkback for Android), and a deep understanding of financial services processes and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end mobile project delivery: Manage complex mobile app projects, focusing on material and non-material changes to meet project objectives and timelines.
- Project Integration: Coordinate and integrate multiple work streams across business units, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with project goals.
- Resource Management: Direct and manage cross-functional teams, including functionally aligned resources, to achieve high-impact project results.
- eCommerce and Accessibility Focus: Leverage expertise in eCommerce technology and mobile screen readers to ensure apps are accessible and optimized for all users.
- Methodology Adaptation: Employ Waterfall, Agile, and iterative methodologies as appropriate, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in software or technology project management, including significant experience with mobile app (iOS/Android) project delivery.
- Proven expertise in eCommerce project management and familiarity with mobile accessibility tools, such as Voice Over and Talkback.
- In-depth knowledge of core banking, financial functions, and related business processes.
- PMP certification or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
