Purpose
At Electrolux North America, we are on a journey to provide our consumers with a simply outstanding experience across our business area and expand routes to market and Direct to Consumer sales while ensuring operational excellence to maintain profitable growth.
We are now looking for an Operations Finance Analyst to join the Consumer Direct Interaction team within Electrolux NA.
Responsibilities
As Operations Finance Analyst you will drive profitable growth of Aftermarket Sales and Services by ensuring operational excellence and cost management across the Aftermarket Supply Chain. In this role you will develop the necessary tools, processes and knowledge to successfully drive the financial controlling aspects of supply chain operations. You will collaborate closely with the functional teams in the Aftermarket distribution centers, purchasing and supply and demand planning and as leaders within the Direct to Consumer team to establish best-in-class reporting and analytics for the expanding operations.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Prepare supply chain cost analysis and standard reporting daily/weekly/monthly basis highlighting key performance metrics to drive organizational accountability & insight
- Identify cost trends and make recommendations for cost out reductions and process improvements ensuring accurate tracking of results
- Evaluate & summarize operations P&L for actuals and forecast, providing executive level commentary for major drivers of performance with proposed actions for deviations to plan
- Own Monthly Business Review package to provide visibility to Operations leadership and track action items to drive results
- Assist Sr Operations Finance Manager with building monthly rolling forecasts, annual plans and annual standard costs
- Propose actions that help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business investments. Evaluate and present business cases to Executive Leadership
- Work closely with Category Managers and inventory control team to improve inventory efficiency and accuracy as well as quantify impacts of purchasing initiatives
- Scrutinize forecasting processes to improve forecast accuracy and forward-looking financials to aid in business decisions
- Ad-hoc Reports and Presentations as needed by senior management
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with strong cost modeling experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data mining, analysis and reporting
- Preferred System utilization: SAP, Power BI.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years’ of relevant
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence Tools
