Position Summary:
The Sales Analyst is a centralized resource to help maintain accuracy in the Salesforce.com tool, lead user adoption, and assist leadership with actionable analytics. This role is accountable for ownership of the Salesforce.com tool which consists of; user configuration, data quality, enhancement management, daily user support and ongoing training, management of system security and many adhoc functions. We would like to hire a Salesforce Admin and Sales Analyst for this career position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
Project/Enhancement Management
- Gather and Analyze Business Requirements from various cross-functional groups
- Work with Manager to formulate systematic solution
- Work cross functionally to drive operational solutions
- Clearly communicate requirements to IT developers and thoroughly test solution in Sandbox environment
- Create detailed “How To” documentation and train sales users on new functionality to gain user adoption
- Proactively look for areas of process improvement
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data in Salesforce.com
- Customer Master Data Quality
- Product Integrity
- Duplicate Record Management
- Opportunity Quality Control
- Views and Report Management
- Create and manage user accounts
- Public Group Management
- Advanced Territory Hierarchy Management
- Adhoc Manual Sharing
- Support Controls for Integrations with Oracle
Daily User Support
- Manage central mailbox for worldwide sales organization
- Reset Passwords, transfer accounts
- Training of all new hires to the sales organization
- Assist Marketing team with “Marketo-to-Salesforce” issues and projects
- Annually prepare new lead routing rules based on Fiscal Year Sales Organization Set up
- Ad-Hoc report and Dashboard creation
- Triage end user technical issue to determine root cause and solution
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field required
- Salesforce.com certification Required
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years required, 5 years of experience preferred, working in sales analytics or sales operations
- 2+ years of Salesforce.com experience is required
- Finance experience a plus
- Quick learner with excellent computer application skills with the ability to learn and apply new application
- Strong planning and organizational skills; must be able to effectively prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines
- Strives & drive for results; a strong desire to contribute
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
