Novaris Search are working with a growth minded Behavioral Healthcare provider that specialise in MH & SUD services. They are actively seeking a Regional Director, Operations to join the company and support the team, whilst driving growth and a expansion efforts.
Role:
- Drive growth and assist in program expansion.
- Assists in recruitment and hiring of staff.
- Managing the budgeting, planning, reporting, and auditing.
- Actively participates in community relations activities.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and company rules, regulations and policies.
- Provide administrative oversight of all program functions, including management of support staff.
Candidate:
- Masters degree preferred
- 5yrs+ supervisory experience
- 5yrs+ industry experience
- Open to frequent travel
