This role will involve leading various technical projects, providing third-level support, identifying technical issues and ensuring timely resolutions. This person will create and refine business specifications to align systems with organizational needs, while also assisting team members with project tasks. This individual will document processes accurately to ensure all project details are recorded. Additionally, this individual will serve as a liaison between business units, development teams, and support teams to facilitate collaboration. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
- Or 4+ years of experience in enterprise IT
- Experience writing business requirements
- ImageNow administration experience
- Experience supporting third level supports
Plusses:
- Scripting experience using PowerShell or SQL
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with healthcare systems or HIPPA
