Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert troubleshooting via Intercom, addressing issues related to account management, product inquiries, order processes, and website navigation.

- Track and analyze customer feedback, providing insights to the team for improving our e-commerce site.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, fast, and accurate support.
- Contribute to a knowledge base and internal documentation to streamline support processes.
Requirements:
- Experience using Intercom to deliver customer support (required).
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with e-commerce websites.
