5 days in office no exceptions. 8-5pm or 7-4pm ~ flexible with the time.

Position: Entry-level/Jr. Helpdesk
Very traditional help desk rep role. Helping with software and hardware questions, someone to come in and help with asset retrieval and shipping. Almost like an asset manager role but will eventually take on some of the ticketing tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Typical helpdesk tasks (ticket handling, troubleshooting)
- Shipping, receiving, and equipment retrieval
- Troubleshooting Microsoft and Mac issues
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s degree not required)
- Familiarity with SECM, JAMF, and Active Directory is highly desirable
- Practical experience valued over certifications
- Large enterprise experience is a plus, but experience in smaller organizations with varied responsibilities is also beneficial
- Hands-on experience required; not looking for call center agents or individuals who only open and pass off tickets
