This opportunity will be remote however, the employee must be a current resident of Arizona, California, New York, Texas, or Washington state.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities *

Reviewing and coding documents produced in litigation discovery.
Preparation of associated memoranda as needed.
Conducting research assignments as needed.
Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Required Competencies

High level verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates a professional temperament and ability to work with little supervision;
Prioritizes and anticipates work needs
Works well under periods of pressure and short deadlines.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Required Education & Experience

Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of eDiscovery experience using document review platforms such as Relativity or DISCO.
Admitted to the bar and licensed to practice law in any US jurisdiction.
Able to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
Is a current resident of Arizona, California, New York, Texas, or Washington state.
