Position: Administrative Assistant

Hourly Pay Range: $21.63 - $26.44, based on experience, qualifications, and licenses.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with an accounting firm is preferred.

What will you do in this role?

Regular duties include (but are not limited to):

· Perform administrative assistant functions and duties for accounting and tax partners, requiring knowledge and understanding of accounting and tax procedures, deadlines and terminology.

· Manage partners calendar, emails, answer phones and managing correspondences.

· Track and update project deadlines for various projects.

· Manage various office tasks (order supplies, coordinate team events, etc.)

· Prepare and track invoicing for partners.

· Collaborate with clients and team members to complete various projects.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

· High School diploma or higher.

· 2+ years of experience within a public accounting firm.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities.

· Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

· Willingness to work weekends and overtime during our peak season (Feb-April and Sept-Oct).

· Ability to provide excellent customer service, manage sensitive and confidential information.

· Ability to work independently.
