Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Technical Support position at suntek systems. The Customer Technical Support role will involve daily tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to address customer needs.

- Experience in a customer-facing technical support role
- Knowledge of logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in providing training and support to users
- Knowledge and experience in Windows, MS Office Products, TCP/IP network (email, Fax , Web, FTP, and Socket Communication)
- Basic knowledge and experience in MS SQL Server Setup, Configuration, Backup and Restore, Database Replication
- Windows Server Administration, IIS Administration, Virtual Machine Setup
- Preferred Experience in configuring of Router and Firewall
- Preferred Bilingual ability such as Korean as 2nd language
