This dynamic role will empower you to design and implement cutting-edge BI tools, and then leverage them to run a cutting edge, automated distribution facility at its optimum potential. Your focus will be on creating and using intuitive dashboards, reports, and applications to easily access and analyze data for strategic decision-making and optimization of our global value chain.

The Business Intelligence Developer position is located in Litchfield Park, AZ.
You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will....
- Develop and optimize: Construct and refine Qlikview dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business users across the organization, directly impacting supply chain performance
- Diagnose and enhance: Proactively assess existing BI dashboards, identify areas for improvement, and continuously enhance the Qlikview ecosystem to ensure robust reporting and analysis
- Translate needs into solutions: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data requirements and design BI tools that empower them to make data-driven decisions that optimize business outcomes. Use your skills to help drive operational decisions in real-time, generating optimal performance through helpful and timely data utilization
- Extract and transform data: Leverage advanced SQL querying techniques to extract and manipulate large volumes of data from diverse systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business needs
- Create intuitive interfaces: Design user-friendly, interactive reports and dashboards that effectively communicate insights derived from complex analyses
- Ensure system reliability: Provide ongoing support for existing BI dashboards and ad-hoc reports, proactively addressing issues and enhancing the framework's agility and resilience
- Guide future development: Offer insights from a data flow perspective to inform the direction of future BI development projects
Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates….
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Demonstrated success in developing BI tools, including interactive applications, dashboards, and reports for business users
- Experience in WebApp development/programming
- Strong proficiency in Qlikview (or similar BI tools), Microsoft Access, Excel, and SQL
- Ability to identify and navigate diverse data sources, implementing data validation to maintain data integrity
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective BI solutions
We prefer some of these qualities as well….
- At least 6 months of experience in developing BI tools, including interactive applications, dashboards, and reports for business users
