The Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory and Purchasing Coordinator to manage our inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities. This role ensures that our supply chain operates efficiently, maintaining optimal inventory levels while supporting timely procurement of materials and supplies.
Manages parts and supplies, receive and inventory parts, supplies and equipment. Assist warehouse manager in various areas.
Responsibilities
· Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels meet operational needs.
· Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, negotiate pricing, and track delivery schedules.
· Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
· Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement.
· Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery standards are met.
· Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
· Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights on stock levels and purchasing needs.
· Assist in managing the budget for inventory and purchasing activities.
· Receive all stock, parts, equipment, and supplies in a timely and accurate manner.
· Ship parts and supplies as needed.
· Perform periodic inventory checks and balances and maintain an appropriate level of variances.
· Align with all warehouse procedures.
· Other projects and job tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Experience using a database software, preferably e-Automate
- Experience managing inventory
- Understand supply chain best practices
- Experience working in an office technology company is a plus
